Patti Lawton offers her clients 20 years of experience as a specialist in residential real estate, focusing on both in-town and waterfront properties.  Patti was voted the 2006 Merrymeeting Board of REALTORS® “REALTOR® of the YEAR”, having also achieved this distinction in 1999.

Patti has contributed generously to her profession on every level.  She has been President, President-Elect, and Board of Directors member at both state and local levels for the REALTOR® organization.  On the national level, Patti serves as Vice Chair of the Housing Opportunities Committee and was the 2011 Regional Vice President for the New England states. Locally, Patti was the 2008 President of the Maine Association of REALTORS®, and has served as Vice President and Board Member of MidCoast Maine Community Action Committee,  President and current Board Member of Tedford Housing, and Board Member of Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce.

Dedication to her profession is evident in the numerous REALTOR® designations she has attained, and recently becoming the first REALTOR®in the state to obtain NAR’s new Green designation.  Patti welcomes hearing from you and is eager to help you with all of your real estate needs.
